PCBA Desoldering Method:
(1) Split Soldering Method: For horizontally mounted resistor-capacitor components, the distance between the two welding points is relatively long, you can use a soldering iron for point heating and point-by-point extraction. If the pins are bent, use the tip of the soldering iron to pry them up directly and take them off. When desoldering, stand the PCB upright, use the soldering iron to heat the pin soldering point of the component to be removed, use tweezers or pointed pliers to hold the component pins and gently pull them out.
(2) Concentrated Desoldering Method: Since the pins of the row resistor are soldered separately, it is difficult to use the soldering iron to heat at the same time. You can use the hot air welder to several solder joints for rapid heating, the solder melted can be pulled out.
(3) Stay-Solder Method: Solder is sucked from the solder joint with a solder tool. Usually, the component can be removed. If you encounter a multi-pin electronic component, you can heat it with the help of an electronic heater.
If it is lap-soldered components or pins, you can apply flux to the solder joint, solder the solder joint with a soldering iron, and remove the pins or wires of the component. If it is hook-soldered components or pins, first use the soldering iron to remove the solder at the solder joint, then use the soldering iron to heat the residual solder under the hook to melt. At the same time, use a shovel to lift the pin along the hook line direction. Do not pry too hard, so as not to splash the melted solder into the eyes or clothing.
(4) Cut Soldering Method: If the pins and wires of the components on the removed solder joints have spare capacity, or determine that the components are damaged, you can first cut off the components or wires and then cut them off. The wire ends on the pads can be removed.
